Sept 2019: Quite unique when all is said and done and something quite new to Nepal as they have only been celebrating National Days for just a few years. For Whodoeswhat.tv, this is a first.
Nepal National Day Celebrations – Bahrain 2019
The Nepali are somewhat gentle folk by all accounts but obviously get a little testy when things are not quite right in the tiny nation which hosts Mount Everest, For in 2015 they rid themselves of the monarchy and created their new constitution. That was signed on the 20th September, hence this is effectively their ‘New National Day’and it is a BIG deal to them. Not to be confused with Independence day which is in May, but it a bit hard to keep up with all the dates this rebooted country celebrate.
